What areas do you service?

Our service area encompasses the tri-cities of Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, within a 50 km radius. We also provide services in Ontario and neighboring provinces. For locations beyond this range, there's a charge of $1 per kilometre.

Do you sell alcohol?

Liquor laws prohibit the sale of alcohol from mobile bars. However, this situation works in your favour as there won’t be any additional markup on alcohol. We can help you with consultations regarding the quantity and type of alcohol to purchase, and also can pick up your liquor and beer order.

What’s an SOP?

SOP stands for Special Occasion Permit. It allows from the service of alcohol. If you're hosting a private event on a personal property, there's no need for concern. But if your event is in a public space, you'll need to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the AGCO. If we're managing your entire event, we can facilitate the SOP process on your behalf.

How much alcohol do i need for an event?

Our general estimation is 2 drinks per guest for the first hour and 1 drink per guest for each subsequent hour. To account for any unexpected circumstances, we recommend purchasing an additional 30% above this calculation.

How much does it cost per drink?

We estimate that per drink costs approximately $3. However, this depends on type of alcohol purchased. All unconsumed alcohol is left with you and can be returned to the LCBO to help keep your event on budget.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry both general liability and party alcohol liability insurance. Furthermore, all our staff members are certified with Smart Serve training

What do I need for the Mobile Bar to operate?

To operate the Cocktail Carriage, you'll need a relatively even surface for parking, as well as access to a power source capable of supporting a 15 amp service. In the case electricity isn't available at your chosen location, we can provide a generator for a nominal fee. The Cocktail Carriage dimensions are 21 feet in length and 8 feet in width, so adequate space should be allocated.

I want to book, now what?

Reach out to us to secure your preferred date. A non refundable deposit of 50% will be necessary upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. We understand that schedules can change, and if rescheduling is required, we can accommodate as long as it's done 30 days before the original date. Your deposit can also be applied to an alternate date.
